Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PyUltra Bulk Mailer Pro and related services
from JMK Technologies (“we”, “our”, “us”) via jmktechnologies.co.in or approved
payment gateways.
1) Digital product — service delivered instantly
PyUltra is a digitally delivered software license. After a successful payment,
the download link and activation are issued immediately, and you may start using the service at once.
Because delivery is instant and non-returnable, we operate a No-Refund policy.
2) No guarantee of inbox placement
Email deliverability depends on factors outside our control (recipient servers, sender reputation,
content, DNS configuration, ISP policies, and anti-spam rules). We do not guarantee
inbox placement, delivery rates, or outcomes. No refunds are issued for results related
to deliverability or inboxing performance.
3) Try before you buy
We provide a Free plan so you can evaluate PyUltra, its workflow, and suitability for your needs
before purchasing a paid plan. If the Free plan meets your expectations, you can upgrade at any time.
4) Non-refundable scenarios (examples)
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Expectations about features or results not stated on our Site.
- Spam complaints, blacklist issues, or poor inbox placement.
- Incorrect configuration of sender DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), SMTP/API, or third-party services.
- Usage blocked due to violation of our anti-spam requirements or service terms.
5) Narrow exceptions we will consider
While refunds are not provided for delivered digital licenses, we will review the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same account and plan.
- Unauthorized transaction (cardholder did not authorize) when verified by the gateway and you notify us promptly.

Technical failure to deliver access (you cannot download or activate and our support cannot resolve
the issue within a reasonable time after you contact us, typically within 48 hours).
If an exception is approved, we may provide a refund or account credit at our sole discretion. In most other cases,
we will assist you with configuration and best practices instead of issuing a refund.
6) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Filing a chargeback for a valid, delivered digital license
may result in suspension of your account and license keys while the payment provider investigates.
7) How to request help or an exception review

from your registered email and include:
- Your registered email address.
- Payment reference (gateway receipt/transaction ID).
- The issue you’re facing and relevant screenshots/logs.
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Most problems are resolved by configuration help (e.g., SMTP/API setup,
SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sending limits, or content tips).
8) Taxes, currency, and gateways
Prices may exclude applicable taxes (GST/VAT or similar). Currency conversion and fees are handled by the payment gateway/bank
and are not controlled by us.
9) Legal
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
Where consumer laws provide a cooling-off right for digital content, you acknowledge that your
right may be lost once download or activation begins and service is supplied immediately.
